We are accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cutted.(custom order and Clearance Sales not receive return ) but we have limit of return's time,you need to contact with us within 7 days when you receive our package
Since hair wigs are a hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you received your package via email at servi[email protected] to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 2-5 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will let you take some photos to check if as original conditions.
Please ship (You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $8 for U.S. Customers) the returned wig back to the address of our USA address we give to you, including a paper write your order id and name.
And please shipping out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization, and send tracking number to [email protected].
After receiving the returned package, we'll arrange the refund within 3-4 working days if you just request return.
About Exchange,the step 1-3 is the same with Return Rule.but you need to tell us what wig you want to exchange and will be charged $15 for second shipping fees.
All order information can be freely changed or cancel within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing more 24 hours, we will NOT be able to cancel.
